We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Guidelines:

Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may use your own shipping method, or we can generate a label for you and deduct the cost from your refund.

Refunds: Once inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions: Please note that the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
